1. Dr. Jasmine Renner CEO & Founder - Dr. Renner is currently an Associate Professor of Higher Education Administration in the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis at East Tenseness State University. A native of Sierra Leone, she practiced law as an attorney specializing in comparative international law and general legal practice. She obtained her first law degree and Bar Final certification from the Council of Legal Education/ Sierra Leone Law School in Freetown, Sierra Leone. She subsequently pursued further graduate legal studies and received her Masters of International Law and Comparative Studies from the University of Georgia (Athens, Georgia, USA). She earned her doctoral degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from Bowling Green State University (Bowling Green, Ohio, USA ). She is a two-term recipient of the PEO International Peace Scholarship award and a recipient of the "Shanklin Excellency Outstanding International Scholar Award". She has published a book, several book chapters and several refereed journal articles on copyright law, leadership and cross cultural leadership. Dr. Renner has travelled extensively to several countries in the continent of Africa, Asia, Europe and North America.
She currently teaches Law for Educational Leaders and Higher Education Law at the department. Additionally, she teaches several other courses/ electives such as Policy Analysis, Leadership Studies, Small Group Leadership, the Administration of Higher Education and Ethics for Educational Leaders. Her legal background, education and experiences affords her the opportunity to consult and advise on leadership issues with particular emphasis on cross-cultural leadership, study abroad programs, legal aspects of copyright in higher education and legal issues of socail media in higher education. Dr. Renner is also the Director of Development and International Outreaches at a 501(c) (3) nonprofit/ NGO organization, Develop Africa IncShe is married to Sylvester Renner and has a son, Daniel Denzel Renner. They currently reside in Johsnon City, TN

3. Dr. Evelyn Roach Managing Consultant - Dr. Evelyn Roach is originally from Jamaica and has relocated to North East Tennessee with her family and made this region her home. Her education qualifications include a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, a Master’s degree in Business Administration from East Tennessee State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Computing with Management Studies from the University of Technology in Jamaica.
She is an educator with a strong focus on administration and international student development. Currently she is the Director of Admissions at a private school as well as an adjunct faculty. I teach several different course to graduate and professional students including Comparative International Pedagogy . My research interest is centered on international and study abroad students. I have presented at several national conferences on issues of concern to international students and second language speakers. My dissertation research was done on students who engaged in study abroad and the paper is entitled 'A comparison of International Students Experiences in American Institutions and American Study Abroad Students Experiences in Host Countries'.
On the administrative side, I have worked on several projects including managing the new highway development project in Jamaica, developing a performance management training program for a large manufacturing plant in Tennessee, as well as take part in several compensation studies for Bureau of Business.
